(AGES 5-8) 

Our after-school ocean classes are a fun and exciting way for kids to end their day! Each session begins with stretching and a group discussion about current ocean conditions. We focus on building awareness and understanding of the environment before heading into the water.

Once in the ocean, students enjoy a mix of surfing, boogie boarding, and bodysurfing. We encourage every child to move at their own pace and never push beyond their comfort level. This approach helps build confidence naturally and fosters a positive, lifelong relationship with the ocean.

Ocean safety is a key part of every session. Some of the important topics we cover include understanding rip currents—how they form and how to stay calm and safely navigate out of them—as well as practicing the “stingray shuffle” to help avoid encounters with stingrays.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:30–5:00 PM.
Cost: $330 for 4 sessions.
